Mr. Collins is an Associate at BAI. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He also earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield. He is a registered Engineer Intern in the state of Illinois. Prior to joining BAI, Mr. Collins was a Planning Engineer at a Midwestern electric utility where he was involved in transmission, generation, and environmental projects. He also has utility regulatory experience through his employment with the Illinois Commerce Commission as an Economic Analyst in the Engineering Department of the Energy Division. At BAI, Mr. Collins has participated in numerous regulated and competitive electricity, natural gas, water and wastewater related issues.
