Mr. Collins is an Associate at BAI. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri-St. Louis where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Finance Emphasis in 2002. Mr. Collins also received a Master of Business Administration Degree from the same university in 2007. He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, the Financial Association International Honor Society and the University of Missouri-St. Louis Finance Honor Society.
Mr. Collins has been in the energy consulting practice since 2002. His responsibilities at BAI include project management, utility rate case review, cost of service, rate design, depreciation studies, revenue requirement studies, production cost evaluations, commodity risk management, commodity procurement management and competitive supplies management. Most recently, Mr. Collins has focused his efforts in the environmental sector specifically reviewing utility renewable mandates and sustainability efforts. Mr. Collins has presented testimony on numerous issues before multiple state regulatory commissions.
